Mikkel Kastberg - Producer

Mikkel Kastberg has worked on several features and short films in Europe. He began his film career in 1999 as a producer's assistant for Lars von Triers Zentropa Productions in Denmark. In 2000, while working at Zentropa, Mikkel and producer Jonas Bagger founded Framework Films, an independent production company. Since 2005, Framework Films produces documantaries and short films, including the acclaimed short narratives "DENNIS," an offical selection of the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, and "CATHRINE," an official selection of the 2009 Berlin Film Festival. In 2008, Kastberg moved to New York City where he joined forces with writer Andrea Chalupa to launch Framework Films LLC. Kastberg is back in Denmark where he is working on his first full-length feature.

Andrea Chalupa - Writer and Producer

Andrea Chalupa is a writer, journalist, and producer in New York. Andrea helped launch online video for Condé Nast Portfolio and AOL Money & Finance. She reported on-camera for these outlets and writes for the Huffington Post on business, entertainment, and politics. Andrea was a 2007 finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab for her screenplay MAN MADE, inspired by her grandfather's memoir about growing up under Stalin. She graduated with a focus in Soviet History from the University of California, Davis and attended the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute.

 

Christina Pastor - Writer and Producer

Christina Pastor has been working in the industry since graduating from Circle in the Square Theatre School (NYC) in 2001. Her work as an actress has been in film, voice and stage. Recently Christina embarked on another creative venture: writing. FrameworkFilms is proud to be representing her with her first feature length screenplay: CONTRACTS. This film is due for release in December 2011. Christina currently resides in NYC where she lives and works. She is on faculty at Circle in the Square and NYU.

Since her master's degree in French from University of Copenhagen in 2007, Christina has worked with film, first at the film festivals CPH:DOX and Copenhagen International Film Festival. From 2008 Christina worked at the Film Workshop at The Danish Film Institute and was involved in the production of several short films. Since then Christina has worked as a co-ordinator at the Video on Demand platform Movieurope in Filmbyen, and for the second time, Christina is the now co-ordinator of Nordisk Forum for Co-financing of Documentaries at the short and documentary film festival Nordisk Panorama. 

Jonas Bagger has produced several short fiction and documentary films, including the Official Selection for the Sundance Film Festival '08 DENNIS (Dir. Mads Matthiesen). Jonas began his work in the film industry after studying at The European Film College. For several years he worked as a producer's assistant at the Danish production company Magic Hour Film. Jonas is currently a producer for Lars von Triers Zentropa Productions in Denmark

Bjarne Kastberg - Executive Producer

Bjarne Kastberg has worked with film and media for more than two decades. He has worked as a TV Producer and Executive Producer on TV Shows and TV Programs for Danish National Television (DR) and TV2. Bjarne is a partner in the consulting company Capacent Academy.

Marie-Louise Rasmussen - Sales Manager
